The Solution
Modern and simple home for a comfortable life. the main idea is that we moved the comfort of the apartment to the plot and added the privilege of a private house. Clean lines and simple materials make this architecture.
The Final Good
The right piece of land, a balanced budget and a professional approach to architecture are key to an excellent result. One-story architecture was the main wish of our client. We took into account the small area and lokanichnost in architectural decisions.
